5 Health Benefits Of Coffee

With work, bills and life itself; who has time to wonder what their coffee can do for them, other than it wakes us up. From research I found some interesting facts. Coffee can serve loads benefits; from help with depression to increased fertility. So grab your cup of Joe; here's the 5 benefits of coffee.
  1. Gets You Through Your Morning
The obvious and reason we drink it.
Coffee helps us get up from a bad confrontation with our alarm clocks.
     2.  May Help Promote Healthier Weight
Caffeine may slightly boost weight loss or prevent weight gain
Appetite suppression. Caffeine may reduce your desire to eat for a brief time.
Calorie burning. Caffeine may stimulate thermogenesis — one way your body generates heat and energy from digesting food.

     3. May Help Rise Fertility In Men
Studies show that caffeine has certain impacts on sperm motility-the ability of sperm to move toward an egg-and would increase in value your risks of [getting her pregnant]. Research conducted at the University of Sao Paulo discovered that sperm motility was markedly ideal in coffee drinkers versus non coffee-drinkers. And as it turns out, it does not matter whether you drink one or ten cups a day.
     4. It May Diminish Risk Of Skin Cancer
Staying out of the sun and mostly applying a liberal amount of SPF will provide defense against skin cancer; but coffee?  Studies out of Brigham and Women’s Hospital discovered the women who drank a greater amount of coffee a day had a 20% narrower gamble for basal cell carcinoma, and men had a 9% less risk.
     5. Helps Ward Off Depression
Anyone who perks up subsequent to the first sip of afternoon coffee are able to tell you too; it has mood-boosting effects. A study based on information from the Harvard School of Public Health, discovered men and women who drink coffee; 2-4 cups have most protective effect; have a 50% reduced risk of suicide. Don't Forget The Dogs

Grilling this weekend? Don't forget the dogs! This time; however, don't  dress your dogs with the same toppings you did when you were still wearing OshKosh overalls. A hot dog can have strong flavors just as well as any burger can.
A well-made hot dog, with fresh ingredients on top will surprise your palate and will have you even eating a couple servings of veggies this weekend.
The Chicagoan                       Chopped onion + sliced tomato + yellow mustard + sweet relish + dill pickle spear +    sport        peppers + dash of celery salt

 The Olympian
Spinach sautéed with chopped garlic in olive oil + a brushing of Greek yogurt + a squeeze of lemon

 The Mexicali
Chopped onion + sliced tomato + mayonnaise + yellow mustard + ketchup + chopped thick cut bacon + jalapeño rings

 The Sonoran
Avocado slices +  + chopped tomatoes + strip of crisp bacon + chopped onion + canned pinto beans

Add some garlic seasoned fries, and your good to go.
Do not overcook your dog, your goal is to heat the hot dog just enough. To not have your hodogs cold in the center, grill them when they become room temperature. Grill over hot, direct heat until they're just a little charred for flavor, be sure to toast the buns—15 to 30 seconds on each side over direct heat.

Your Job? Or Your Belly?

If you finally landed an interview and you have a great résumé; new research suggests that your size may play a bigger role than your résumé.
Students went through in-person interviews, the results were; students with body mass index of 25; the border of normal and overweight, were about 30 % less likely to get an invite to a second interview than their thinner co-applicants. It may be that some interviewers can be prejudice against big people. They might fear (even unconsciously) that their employees will be slow and lazy. This may not all be the interviewers fault; it is also possible that overweight candidates have a poor interview because of they might lack confidence or may be uncomfortable. Whether your overweight or not, if you spend a few minutes before the interview thinking about a time when you kicked some ass and you were in control;can boost your odds of landing the job by about 81%, say psychologists.

Go Clonal On Your Boss

If you have been looking forward to get that promotion; dress like your boss.
In a study conducted by a London-based department store; Debenhams, it is revealed that 68% of managers favor staff with a similar style.
Although the study was conduced by a company that sell stylish clothes for men, following in your bosses footsteps will make you stand out, in any business.
This is called a clonal effect; when the boss picks up on something you both have in common, it creates a connection upon which a professional relation can be built. Good thing is that if your boss does not have a good sense of fashion, you two can form a bond over similarities like sports teams, taste in music or hobbies.
Psychologists say; humans tend to be drawn to people who are like them, since difference can be perceived as threatening. People feel safer when they dress alike.
However, don't blend in have your own signature statement too. Maybe you wear ties in a casual office, or you wear your leather shoes where every one wears trainers.

When it comes to weight gain, if you snooze you lose. Lack of sleep is related to an increase in hunger and appetite, and possibly to obesity. Some studies show that people who sleep less than 6 hours a day were almost 30% more likely to become obese than those who slept 7 to 9 hours.

Yes, Women Judge Your Shoes

Many women; in general, are known to be obsessed with shoes. Some guys, unfortunately, are known to leave out of account their footwear.
A survey was conducted by men's footwear brand Allen Edmonds; they surveyed 1,000 American men and women with incomes between $50,000-$200,000. Here are some of the results 64 percent of women judge a man's fashion sense based on his shoes; 52 percent of women say they judge a man's personality by his shoes; 36 percent say they use shoes to determine a man's financial position; and 54 percent say men's shoes reflect a guy's attention to detail or lack of attention to it!.
So, yes, women are judging your shoes. Here are some tips for men to improve their shoe situation.

Cover Your Toes!
Even if you spend most of your morning in a mani-pedi parlor; ditch the sandals. Dude, your toes are not as cute as you think!. If you want to be comfy, you can opt for loafers, boat shoes, or sneakers.

Never Wear Jeans With Shiny Dress Shoes

Although you keep your shiny dress shoes your mother bought you with your first suit; for memories, please keep them in your museum-grade Plexiglas case, and not paired with your loose fit acid washed jeans.

Suede Desert Boots Are Your Friends
These little casual boots will work better than trainers when your not hitting the gym, and are less formal than your leather brogues.

Don't Show Your Tighty Whities (Socks!)
If you like to show a bit of your fun printed or colorful dress socks, by all means do, its in style. However, if you wear refulgent white socks, either be headed to the gym or don't show!

Shoes Match Belt
A good ol' rule for shoes is, match with belt.
Black shoes, black belt. Brown shoes?, brown belt etc. etc..
